Winners announced for the Grand Prize Draw 2005

Raffle Draw - Kim

Kym sniffs out the winners

Blue Cross dog Kym sniffed chose the four big winners in the Grand Draw raffle at the charity’s animal adoption centre in Burford on 13 July. The handsome German shepherd cross, who is looking for a new home, helped pick the winning tickets from over 145,000 tickets that were sold. This raised a staggering £177,000 for The Blue Cross. R Jack, a supporter from Southampton scooped the first prize of £5,000 and the second prize of £1,000 went to A Hills from Yorkshire. Third prize of £500 went to Mrs McHattie and fourth place went to Barbara Holmes in Leicestershire who kindly donated it back to the charity. All proceeds raised go directly towards The Blue Cross’s work with sick and abandoned animals.
