Gifts from Pets at Home

Receiving the hamper at the Swindon store

Christmas came early for the pets at our adoption centre in Burford on Saturday 8 December.

Generous Pets at Home customers dug deep and bought treats, food and toys for the animals at our Burford Adoption Centre. The many gifts were brought together to make a donation of a Christmas hamper at the Pets at Home store in Swindon.

Christmas presents for Blue Cross pets
As The Blue Cross does not rehome pets over the Christmas period, our rabbits, dogs, cats and other small furries will enjoy a Christmas nibble or toy thanks to the support of Pets at Home and their kind customers. We never rehome pets at Christmas time because it is a very disruptive, busy and chaotic time in most households, and therefore not ideal for pets to be being introduced to a new family.
